By accessing or connecting your email account to Guardian House (“the Service”), provided by Alqime LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
Guardian House provides automated inbox guarding. The Service automatically moves incoming mail from unrecognized senders out of your primary inbox to a dedicated screening label, sends generic bounce notices to personal senders, and provides weekly digest emails allowing you to review screened senders and restore messages.
Zero Deletion Without Consent: Guardian House is programmed never to call trash or deletion APIs on your messages without your explicit direction. Screened messages remain in your email account under the screening label.
3. Permissions and Account Access
To operate, the Service requires permission to inspect message headers, apply screening labels, and read/write contacts. You may revoke this access at any time through your email provider's security settings.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While Guardian House is designed with fail-open guarantees to avoid mail loss during network or service interruptions, Alqime LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely accurate in its classification of mail.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alqime LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
